The Utech Leadership Collective is designed to push you out of your comfort zone toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your impact on others. In a highly interactive format, we will uncover the beliefs that hold us back as leaders and discover new approaches to leading and developing teams – and become catalysts for change along the way.
We will invest in one another to create meaningful connections that will facilitate personal growth. Together we will embark on an adventure toward greater effectiveness on a personal, team and organizational level.
